That’s why I thought it would be helpful to share five digital painting skin tone palettes for Procreate, which can help you easily get the right colors for your work.

To get a color palette from an image, go to your photo gallery and find the picture you want. Select “New from photos” after that. This will take you to your photo gallery, where you can choose the photograph you wish to use as a source for generating the color palette!

Procreate will then lay out your swatches neatly for you to easily use!

Procreate’s Paint, Smudge and Erase are the most important tools. The Brush Library is shared by all three options in the interface, and they operate in the same way.

Tap the tool you wish to use – Paint, Smudge, or Erase – and then touch your finger on it.

A digital canvas is created through a series of brush strokes, and can be altered to fit any size you desire!

A digital canvas is automatically created when you open a new document in Procreate. You can change the dimensions and resolution of your canvas size.

The color palettes are accessible through the color swatches menu by opening it and tapping the Palettes icon on the bottom right corner.

Once you’ve made your selection, Procreate will display all of the color palettes that you have saved.

You can also get more color palettes like this skin tone palette free, by downloading them from websites (like artsydee.com) or by making your own!

Yes! You can access the color selector or eyedropper tool by going into your brushes palette and tapping the color wheel icon. This feature allows you to select a specific hue, saturation, brightness level, opacity setting, and blend mode for each tool.

Another way to select a color is by holding your finger on the image on your canvas. Procreate will then sample the color you are touching.
